Known for his approachable style and thoughtful precision, Nate has a natural ability to break down professional techniques so anyone can follow along. His cooking celebrates quality ingredients and bold flavor, proving that incredible food doesn’t have to be complicated when you understand the fundamentals. 

With the mindset of a chef and the heart of a teacher, Nate inspires viewers to cook with confidence and embrace the artistry of the flat top.

CJ is the spirited voice of the everyday cook. Proudly “not a chef,” CJ is driven by the simple idea that the best part of cooking is feeding the people around you. His approach is rooted in experimentation and the simple joy of gathering friends and family around delicious food.
